Louie's is the closest thing in Paragould that can be considered "Fine Dining". The point of fine dining isnt large portions because the meat is a much higher grade of than you would get at a normal restaurant, say Chili's. It is also…

usually get steak and it is good but pricey. One of the few restaurants in the area where you can eat and drink wine. Nice atmosphere and service is so-so.
